By accessing or using Sydney ("Service"), provided by Anthara ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sydney is a general-purpose artificial intelligence chat assistant. The Service is provided for informational, educational, and productivity purposes. Sydney's responses are generated by third-party AI providers. Anthara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. AI responses may contain errors or hallucinations. Always verify critical information.
This Service is currently in closed beta. Access requires a valid beta code issued by Anthara. Beta codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, sold, or distributed. Anthara reserves the right to revoke beta access at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Sydney, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Sydney offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Plus, Premium). Each tier provides different message limits and AI capabilities. Subscription fees are charged monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the account settings.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of this Service, Anthara does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with AI responses, technical issues beyond our reasonable control, or unused portions of any subscription period.
You agree NOT to use Sydney to: (a) generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or sexually explicit content; (b) attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety systems; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) transmit malware or harmful code; (e) violate any applicable law or regulation; (f) resell or redistribute access to the Service.
Any attempt to hack, exploit, or attack the Service will result in: (a) immediate permanent account ban; (b) permanent IP block; (c) reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Sydney uses third-party AI providers to generate responses. Anthara is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party models. By using Sydney, you also agree to the terms of our AI providers.
The Sydney interface, branding, and codebase are the exclusive property of Anthara. The underlying AI technology is provided by third-party providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ANTHARA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Anthara reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We collect: your name, email address, chat messages, usage data, and technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and service improvement purposes.
To provide and improve the Service, authenticate your identity, enforce usage limits, send essential communications, and comply with legal obligations.
Sydney uses third-party AI providers to process your messages. Your messages may be transmitted to these providers solely to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Please review the privacy policies of our AI providers for more information.
Account data is stored securely with AES-256 encryption. Chat history is synced to our secure servers to provide a seamless experience across devices.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Sydney, including authentication, payment processing, and hosting providers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and regular security reviews to protect your data.
Sydney is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
